Another article about CSS2 in IE7, this one about how Microsoft things CSS2 is a "flawed standard". This issue makes me more and more angry as I continue to think about it. I mean, those guys at Microsoft must have SOME intelligence. Get rid of the required Microsoft ego, and become developers again. Conform to a standard that alot of the web already uses. If it is flawed, it is much less so than any standard that Microsoft has tried to implement.
I'd like to be able to design a page and have it work REASONABLY well in all browsers. I'm not even asking for all browsers to render pages EXACTLY the same way, but at least similarly. IE just screws up CSS
so much. It's a pain in the butt.
There will definitely be more to come on this issue, and I'll continue to post interesting links from both sides of the issue.
If you are using MSIE right now, you probably aren't viewing this page. I have change the site so that the script auto-dies if the user agent contains MSIE, due to IE's shortcomings with viewing CSS. I will be making a new, IE only stylesheet in the future. If you can't use a good fucking browser, you sure as fuck don't need to be doing anything here anyways...
Fuck.
Also, I don't know how this looks in IE. I imagine it looks like shit. Fuck IE. Fuck your shitty ass browser. Why don't you use a GOOD browser, eh? Sheesh...
I fixed a few other things.... it's definitely coming along, at any rate...
