I saw Streetlight Manifesto twice in the past week, and I've got to say, they put on one hell of a show. I got to meet a bunch of the guys, and hang out with them, especially Josh and Mike... they also gave a shoutout to me at the Grand Rapids show, which was fucking cool as all hell... the Grand Rapids show was much better as the crowd was more live, and the venue was much smaller, which made it that much better...
I continue to miss Marissa... it sucks badly, I really hate that she's gone... it'll be weeks before I see her again... oh well, I'm sure I'll make it...

OrangeCMS is becoming a burdensome project to me. It's something I started when I didn't know much about PHP, but I know alot more now. I'm thinking of a total rewrite.
Great song off an un-released album. Check it out

Lyrics:
The first time that I met her I was throwing up in the lady's room stall
She asked me if I needed anything, I said I think I spilled my drink
And that's how it started
Or so I'd like to believe
She took me to her mother's house outside of town where the star's hang down
She said she'd never seen someone so lost, I said I'd never felt so sound
And then I kissed her on the cheek
And so she kissed me on the mouth
Ohh ohh ohh
Spring was popping daisies up, brown rusted trucks and busted lawn chairs
We moved into a studio in Council Bluffs to save a couple bucks
Where the mice came out at night
Neighbors were screaming all the time
We'd make love in the afternoon, see Chelsea Girls and Bachelor number two
I'd play for her some songs I wrote, she joke and say I'm shooting through the roof
I'd say they're all for you, too
I'll write the album of the year
And I know she loved me then
I swear to god she did
The way she'd bite my lower lip and push her hips against my hips
And dig her nails so deep into my skin
The first time that I met her I was convinced that I'd finally found the one
She was convinced I was under the influence of all those drunken romantics
I was reading Fonte at the time, I had Bukowski on my mind
She got a job at Jacob's serving cocktails to the local drunks
Against her will, I fit the bill, I perched down at the end of the bar
She said space is not just a place for stars
I gave you an inch, you want a house with a yard
And I know she loved me once
But those days are done
She used to call me everyday from a payphone on her break for lunch
Just to say she can't wait to come home
Oh! To come home (x3)
Last time that I saw her she was picking through which records were hers
The clothes were packed in boxes with some pots and pans, and books, and a toaster
Just then a mouse scurried across the floor
We started laughing till it didn't hurt (x4)
Alright!

Alright!
I went to Chicago this past weekend to see my girl, and see a show. It was great, I really realized just how much I love her (and how much we took each other for granted when we lived together)... it was seriously so fun, the show was AMAZING (the Good Life played for almost 2 hours), and her apartment is fucking insane. It's a 3k a month apartment, and it fucking shows, let me tell ya. Some pictures from said apartment are up in the gallery, link is on the right there.
Two Streetlight Manifesto shows this week as well. I haven't had a week this good since I had a week off of work. Things are looking up for now, but of course, now that I say that, they will surely be destroyed by something...

Living alone is weird. Quiet as all hell. It may be because I moved my computer, but it's deathly fucking echo-y when I play my music. Odd..
I think I only keep this site up now for myself.... if there is anyone that reads it, I'd be very surprised... oh well, that's fine with me.. I write it more for myself then anything anyways....
I got NCAA 2005 for PS2 recently... insanely fun, especially online.. if you are a fan of console football games, you aren't going to find any of that genre much better then this one.... better then Madden ever was, if you ask me..
I suppose that is it... more coding again, after a few weeks off.... fun and enjoyment for all.... such fun..
My girlfriend left for Chicago today, for two months.. I'm not happy about it... I miss her already..
In other news, I've become a huge loser.... yeah, that's some news, eh? But I did move my computer setup out to the living room, and am smoking cigs in the house now... that's about all I got going for me at this pt....
I am der crazee sheetdeeks....
Boy, I thought this would be alot harder then it was. Amazing that it was so seamless, and with no loss of data whatsoever. I'm super happy with this, and will be modding it out all day long, trying to get gallery to work with it, and other things. All looking good from where I sit...
